Rapid prototyping:

We print functional prototypes in EBM machines with Vibenite® materials, which minimises lead-time and costs.

If you already have an existing 3D geometry you wish to print in a Vibenite® material, VBN can quickly manufacture a prototype. This rapid prototyping will minimise lead-time and costs and secure a safe production by the fast provision of spare parts.

Pre-series:

If you require a limited number of products, a pre-series is recommended. This is preferable if you first wish to compare the new product to your current one before a larger implementation.

Serial production:

VBN offers serial production services and supports its customers until they are ready to manufacture in-house. VBN also has a network of partners able to manufacture in regions located closer to some customers. Get in touch to learn more!
