Manufacturing services
We 3D print fully functional prototypes with Vibenite® materials, which minimises lead-time and costs. Small batch and Serial production are also available.
Post-treatment
We offer a vast number of post-treatment services such as:hot isostatic pressing (HIP), hardening, soft annealing, grinding, machining (EDM, turning, milling, tumbling, etc.), PVD coating.
About Us
VBN Components is located in the University town of Uppsala, Sweden, a place that more than once has generated valuable innovations. We like to think we have contributed by creating a range of 3D printed alloys with very high carbide content back when everyone else considered this “impossible”.
Today we have shown in many applications that our Vibenite® alloys can increase wear and fatigue resistance, and through this also lower your production costs.
